- Although these streamers are tied on premium stainless steel saltwater hooks for use in harsh saltwater conditions, they are equally effective for freshwater game fish like trout, bass, steelhead and salmon.
- These saltwater streamer flies imitate baitfish, so try a line stripping action which imitates a minnow swimming. Varying the speed of the stripping may help incite a strike. Stopping and starting the swimming motion can imitate a wounded baitfish which is especially attractive to predatory game fish
