The Tap+ is a portable time clock system thats small enough to slip into a pocket or toolbox, but powerful enough to handle up to 2,000 employees. Its rechargeable battery lasts up to a year on a single charge.
This product includes TimePilot 5 On-Premise Edition software. Among its features:
- The software will run as a service on your network.
- Add a note to any clock-in or clock-out.
- Insert pay--a bonus, for instance--for any employee.
- Multiple rounding options.
- Calculates employees gross pay, as well as work hours.
- 3 Overtime levels.

How the system works:
- Each employee is assigned an iButton, a small device that fits on a keychain. When the employee taps their iButton to the clock, they are identified and the time of the clock-in or clock-out is recorded.
- At the end of the pay period, just use the included USB cable to connect the Tap+ to your Windows PC running the TimePilot software (also included). The clock-ins and clock-outs are transferred to the software automatically.
