The pictured leash attached to the dog is not included. You can buy one of these to your desired length most anywhere. What kind and how long of a leash you decide to buy is a matter of personal preference, and will also depend on how high you install the cable. You might already have one that will work, or a piece of rope like I am using. Eye Screws or Eye Bolts are not included I recommend wrapping the cable around something, or use eye bolts where possible. Eye screws in wood can tend to work loose from the motion, or the wood can dry out and split. If using eye screws pre-drill your holes to the minor diameter of the thread & grease or wax the screws. I have had this one up for a couple of years, and it looks the same as the day I put it up.
