Vangoa banjo can not only be a resonator banjo but also an open back banjo by detaching the back of banjo. The resonator banjo produces a mellower, softer sound while the open back banjo style produces a very bright sound. Two different style of banjo is to meet the different demand of player.

Mahogany resonator is notably stable and has a naturally rich, beautiful medium brown grain.

Stable Tuning

Vangoa banjo has 24 chrome-plated brackets to stabilize the top and provide more precise tune.

The 14:1 gear ratio ensures smooth and reliable tuning to get great sound.

Adjustable Banjo Neck

Vangoa banjo features an adjustable truss rod design allows every player to keep the neck straight by countering the pull of the strings and natural tendencies in the wood.

How to adjust the neck?

When the action is too low, loosen the nut outside of the rim and tighten the nut inside the rim. Strings will go up from the fingerboard.

If the action is too high, loosen the nut inside the rim and tighten the outside nut. Strings will go down to the fingerboard.
