Crosbys extra heavy wire rope thimbles are the standard choice for light duty applications and loading conditions. Thimbles are hot dip galvanized and meet the performance requirements of Federal Specification FF-T-276b Type III. Extra heavy thimbles have a longer service life and greater protection against wear and deformation of the wire rope eye.
