The AcuRite Wi-Fi Weather Station pulls weather data directly from a sensor in your backyard and provides accurate and up-to-date information on a high-definition indoor display. The HD display allows for crystal clear visibility and viewing angles, no matter the time of day. It features an adjustable backlight, a vast assortment of high & low record tracking. View your data remotely on Underground or the Weather Underground app. On-screen weather forecast is powered by Dark Sky, the most accurate source for monitoring hyperlocal weather information (requires internet connection). The outdoor weather sensor measures temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and rainfall. Its rain gauge is self-emptying for year-long, maintenance-free operation. Included lightning detector tracks storm activity and provides a running total of lightning strikes and estimated distance to latest strike.
