Purchase before note that now you are in ecowitt store on amazon.com, so all the products are 915 MHz.
It doesnt mean that there are no ways to solve your problem.
For example, if you are in Europe and have already mistakenly purchased the 915 MHz products on this site.
Although the products sold in European are 868 MHz, it is ok for you to use them in Europe as long as the sensors and the gateway/receivers are the same frequency(for example, they are 915 MHz).
However, the hiding problem is that once you mistakenly purchased 1 device with 915 MHz frequency at first, when you need to purchase other ecowitt devices, you need to purchase them on this site too. Only in this way can make sure the sensors and the receivers are the same frequency.
Sincerely, I do recommend you to purchase ecowitt weather products on our amazon store of your own countries or continent.
1. Enable the GW1100 Wi-Fi gateway and your smartphone Wi-Fi function and connect to the GW1100 ( GW1100X-XXXXXXXX );
2. Open your smartphone browser and type 192.168.4.1 in browser to enter into the area network web;
3. No password is required for the first login (If you want to set the password, you can set it on the Device Setting page after login);
4. Choose Local Network, then respectively type your home router account and password into the Router SSID and Wi-Fi Password.
You can view the live data on our free APP WSView Plus or Ecowitt after Wi-Fi configuration. Or you can view the history data on ecowitt weather server.
