How do you install the adhesive hook on your wall:

To ensure it holds well, you have to clean the surface of wall and ensure no water, dust, grease or oil, until its dry.
Tear off the protective film-covered behind, and dont touch the adhesive liner.
Stick the hook on to the clean surface of your wall and press it hard to ensure firm.
Rest it for 24 hours to ensure better adhesive before hanging things on it.
It can be pulled down from your wall by heating the adhesive with a hair dryer until it peels off the wall.
