Description
Remember in Mind:
- Please plug in a power adapter to the USB-C Power Delivery port of the docking station before connecting an external hard drive or multiple display purposes.
- The USB C PD Charging port allows a maximum of 100W pass-through charging. But the real output is based on the adapter used. The host device may not receive exactly 100W, as it may consume some while operating.
- The final resolution of HDMI output depends on your host devices. (ONLY when your devices support 4K resolution, the video output will be 4K).

Q&A
1. How do I make sure my laptop works with this dock？
Please make sure that the USB-C port of your laptops supports DisplayPort Alt Mode, Power Delivery and Ethernet.
2. Should I connect the charger with the hub during use?
Connect the charger with the USB-C PD (Power Delivery) charging port of the MAVINEX docking station for your device to work normally. Please avoid disconnecting the PD adapter from the AC power supply while transferring data.
3. Why does Item not provide 4K?
ONLY when your devices support 4K resolution, the video output is 4K. Use an HDMI 2.0 cable or higher.
4. Why does the dock feel warm?
When connecting multiple devices at the same time, the dock’s temperature may increase. This heat is dissipated through the aluminum exterior, so it may feel warm to the touch. Dont worry, this is within the normal limits of the dock’s operation.
Note:
For reliable operation, connect a power adapter to the hub when using high-power devices.
