- Charging Problem: Our Dock Consume 8W-15W, Most laptops currently consume more than 65w. Make sure the output power of your charger is large enough. Our PD port supports 100W.
- HDMI 2 CANT work: Make sure that your device supports DisplayPort Alt Mode. if not support DisplayPort Alt Mode, it cannot support 3 monitors at the same time, HDMI 2 port can’t display. If you use USB-C to USB-A cable, the HDMI 2 CAN NOT output signal.
- HDMI 1 CANT work: Please make sure that you have successfully installed the displaylink driver.
- If you are using a Desktop Computer, HDMI 1 cant work, HDMI 2 and VGA works well.
- HDMI signal cannot be transferred to DP signal; DP monitors are not supported.
Before you purchase, please confirm the native USB port of your laptop supports DP Alt Mode:
1. Thunderbolt 3/4: 40Gbps bandwidth, supports quadruple Displays.
2. USB-C 3.1 Gen 2: 10Gbps bandwidth, supports two or three monitors.
3. USB-C 3.1 Gen 1: 5Gbps(data transfer only) If installed the DisplayLink driver, only HDMI 2 cant output signals. HDMI 1 and VGA can work.
