Docking Station for Windows Laptops (Support Triple Display)
*Windows supports triple display. But Please Note: When three monitors are connected, the four screens including the host will only display three screens, and the remaining one will be black screen.
*Note: For Window laptop, support HDMI display up to 3840*2160@30Hz. Once using the VGA port, the resolution will be limited to Max 1920x1080 displays @60Hz.

Docking Station for MacBook (Does NOT support triple display)
*MAC OS system does not support triple display. It only supports mirror mode and extend mode ( extend mode means all the external monitors show the same, but different from the host). It is the OS system restriction.

Protection Design
The portable USB C docking station has a storage hole to protect the USB C plug (male) of the docking station.
Important Attention:
Make sure the USB-C port on your laptop supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode/Power Delivery/Data Transfer, If without required USB C port, it wont work with your laptop!!
REMINDER：
1. For Apple computer users (MAC OS), displays are Mirror and extend mode only(Dont Support Triple Dislay).
2. Please plug in the Laptops power adapter to the USB-C Power Delivery port before connecting an external hard drive or multiple display purpose.
3. The Type C PD Charging port for power passing-thru only.
4. SD and the TF card can be used at the same time.
5. Each monitor will be limited to a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080@60Hz when connecting VGA port
6. Power will be a community between all dock-connected USB C devices. For a fast charge result, please choose Adapter that is over 72W to charge.
7.EDID(Extended Display Identification Data) may blackout for a few seconds(1 minute at max, depends on Laptop and monitor) when data transfer; Please be patient
