How to install the driver:
1. Windows computer: Use the driver CD (included) or download the latest version of driver from the following website: www.displaylink.com
2. Mac computer: Download the driver corresponding to the Mac system version from the following website: www.displaylink.com
Tips:
There is no response when you find that your computer is connected to the docking station, please:
1. Confirm whether your desktop downloaded matching driver (Windows or macOS system）
2. Log in to the displaylink website to check whether the computer system is supported (compatible with Windows 11/ 10/ 8.1/ 8/ 7/ XP, MacOS 10.14+)
3. Check your laptops USB 3.0 interface has read the product (you can see it on the computer device manager)
Note:
1. DO NOT connect the dock to your computer before you install the driver.
2. You might need to temporarily disable anti-spyware or anti-virus programs while installing the drivers. It is also recommended that all other applications are closed, as you will need to restart your computer after the drivers are installed.
