FAQS:
1.When I connect to macbook, I can’t extend the display of my desktop, why?
If you select non-mirror(extend mode) for macOS systems laptop, it can only support 3 duplicate (mirror) external monitors, but your laptop screen can be different image from 3 external monitors due to system restriction.
2.Why do I have no display when the docking station is connected?
a. Make sure the USB C port on your laptop supports video output.
It is DisplayPort over USB Type-C 3.1 Gen2 / USB Type-C 3.2 Gen2 or Thunderbolt 3/4 port. It means the native USB c port of laptop MUST support video signal output.
b. Check your HDMI cable.
c. Ensure both laptop and monitors sufficient power supply.
3.Why is my laptop screen black when I extend 3 monitors on my windows system laptop?
NOTE: For Intel Graphics Card, it only supports 3 screens display, thus one of four screens (include laptop screen) will not be displayed. For AMD Graphics Card, all of four screens will be displayed.
4.Why does one of monitors resolution become lower than 1920 x 1080@60Hz, when I extend 3 monitors from my windows laptop?
NOTE: In normal, when you connect 3 monitors, all of three monitors will output 1080P resolution. However, it may happen that one of the monitor screen resolution is lower than 1920 x 1080@60Hz (depend on the monitor and bandwidth).
NOTE: When you upgrade the laptop to Win11 system and the docking station does not work, please ask for the driver update program.
Triple display with Windows system
Please note before purchasing
1.Display Problem:
For macOS system laptop, its non-mirror mode can only support 3 duplicate (mirror) external monitors due to system restriction. However, your host laptop screen can be different image from 3 external monitors.
2.HDMI or PD Problem:
A. Make sure the USB C port on your laptop is USB C features video output or Thunderbolt 3 port.
B. Check your HDMI cable.
C. Ensure sufficient power supply.
3.Triple Display:
ONLY support the Triple display for Windows.
4.For macOS system, due to system restriction the docking station could only support to extend one monitor, the other monitors could only copy the monitor you extend.
5.Since the Intel control panel only provides Three Display data stream outputs, when three external displays need to be displayed, the three output displays need to be set as external monitors.
Extend display with Mac OS system
Extend the display to other screens in up to 4K@30Hz with the OS computer.
Note1: Setting- About This Mac>Display>Arrangement>Mirror Displays
Note2: When you need to extend display, you need to click "Display" in Preferences, choose the Arrangement option, and then click "Cancel Mirror Displays".
