Please hook up the external bluray drive burner to the direct USB/USB C port on your computer.For desktops,please connect the external blu ray DVD drive to the USB port of the motherboard for normal use.If you connect it to a USB hub or extension cords,it maybe cant recognize the driver or not read the CD/DVD/BD.

2. Please ensure plug the correct data cable into your computer,not the power cable.

3. Please make sure the bluray playback software on your computer can support the Blu-ray format.（This bluray burner doesn’t come with bluray player software,need to download.）

4. Please use professional software to play Bluray discs,such as iDeer Blu-ray Player/Mac Blu-ray Player /Blu-ray Player/Macgo Blu-ray Player/Nero/CyberLink PowerDVD/LEAWO. Player software on your computer must support Blu-ray format when playing Blu-ray discs.

5. This portable external blu-ray drive can not compatible with tablet,TV, car,phone, projector,Surface Pro series, chromebook .

6. This blu-ray drive doesnt play Ultra 4K HD Disks.We suggest you play HD blu-ray movies no more than 50G.

7. For better performance, we recommend you connect the power cable during use.

8.When this external bluray drive works on Windows 10 / Catalina:It is very important that you have a media player such as the VLC media player installed before you connect the Blu ray player to play DVD. This is not a fault of the Blu-ray player , because Windows 10 / Catalina doesnt have a default player installed.
