To help you better solve the problem during your usage, here are the tips:
Earbud issues: If a certain earbud suddenly not working, please try reset operation: (make sure the earbud charged first)
- Take out the 2 earbuds from the charging case and turn them off (long press for 5 seconds to turn off, see the earbuds lights off).
- Press the earbuds for 10 seconds and the red light will flashes quickly, then double click the earbuds, see the red light off then white light on for 3 times, and enter re-pairing mode.
- Turn on your Bluetooth device to re-connect Apulueo 1.
Charging issues: If your earbuds cannot be charged, you can try:
- Clean the charging case, and then wipe the metal charging port to ensure they are clean and try then charge again.
- Make sure the earbuds are placed in the correct position and see if the light on them turns red. If you find that your charging case is not working then, tell us then get a new one.
About other issue:
- If you received an incomplete package, such as lack of one earbud or ear tips, or broken item, please tell us first and we will send you a new one. If there is any other problem, please inform us.
