The charging case is out of power, so the earbuds cannot be automatically disconnected and charged.
Please charge the charging case immediately and the problem will be solved. : )

How to reset the Bluetooth 5.2 earbuds?
1. Place the earbuds into the charging case.
2. Keep the charging case open, long tap the earbuds for 10s.
3. The earbuds will flash for 3 times, then the earbuds be reset successfully.
