Q: What can I do if one earbuds has no sound?
A: Put both earbuds into the charging case then open again, check whether the earbuds will flash with blue-light, if not, press and hold the earbuds’ MFB button for about 5s to manually turn it on and check if the Bluetooth pairing is succeeded. Or contact FUNSOUND support for a replacement.
Q: Why the earbuds cannot be charged?
A: Please check if the charging pad of the earbuds is dirty. If so, please wipe the charging pad at the bottom of the earbuds with a cotton swab, also wipe the contacts in the charging case.
Q: How to turn on noise cancellation mode?
A: Long press the right earbud button for 2 seconds, you will hear "ANC ON", long press again to turn it off. (Updated version replaces vocal prompts with a "beep")
Tips: After using ANC Mode for about 2 hours, please switch to other modes to rest your ears.
Q: How do I turn the earbuds on and off without a charging case?
A: Long press the MBF of the earbdus for 5s to turn on/ off.
