A: please check your MacBooks model number(Axxxx) on the bottom of your laptop. just make sure its listed in the product title.This case only fit Model A2485.

Q: My MacBook cases bottom part is loose and keeps falling off easily. why?

A: As for the bottom cover, there are two longer clips at the edge of the rear side and two clips at the front side, Please snap on the two longer clips first, and snap the other clips till security,then the case will fit perfectly and will not be loose. You also can refer to our instruction paper coming with the case.

Q:How to remove the case?

A: Look at the clips/tabs that hold the case -- it pops out when you put pressure on the tabs with thumbs (as if you were trying to lift them).

Q: What is the difference between the crystal clear and clear?

A: One is frosted clear and another one is crystal glossy see-through transparent clear.
