- Please make sure that the cable is plugged into a 5V/1A port, or a USB 2.0 port. (has a 900mA USB port, 500mA USB Ports will not work with Fire TV Stick).
* PLEASE use your stick’s original USB cable to test. plug one end of the USB cable into the streaming media player port and the other end into the TVs USB port.) If your device can be normal power supply, this usb cable will works. *If you can not test it with your own usb cable, you also can read your tvs user manual (whether your tvs usb port can provide 5V1A power). If your tv can not provide enough power, it will useless to use our fire stick usb cable.
