BoatsterSeat was developed in February of 2015 when a two hour trip turned into a seven hour trip on my 2000 Monterey 322. Yes, it had low helm seats. My legs and back were sore for days! After that, I said, “There has to be a better way.” So I soon discovered that there were companies in the US that made custom new helm seats with built in flip-up booster seat applications, just like in all the newer boats. But, yes, there’s always a BUT! They cost anywhere between $4,000 to $6,000 depending on size and application. Therefore, I created BoatsterSeat!
