All Smyrna Turkish Cotton products are hand-produced through an 8-step procedure
1. Weaving
All of our products are produced from yarn freshly weaved at our atelier. Completed with automated looms derived from traditional weaving looms.
2. Stitching
The second step of production is stitching the sides and logo labels, giving the products their finished look.
3. Rolling
To ensure better durability, the tassels (fringes) of your Smyrna Turkish Cotton products are individually hand-rolled by their skilled artisans.
4. Prewashing
All Smyrna Turkish Cotton products are pre-washed to eliminate shrinkage when you first wash them, ensuring they retain their original size.
5. Air Drying
All Smyrna Turkish Cotton products are air-dried in our facility to eliminate any shrinkage when you first wash Smyrna Turkish Cotton products.
6. Ironing
All Smyrna Turkish Cotton products are hand ironed to meet your perfection standards.
7. Quality Control
To prevent any quality issues and defective products from being sold accidentally, all Smyrna Turkish Cotton products undergo eye and hand-inspection.
8. Packaging
The final production stage is packaging, where usage and washing instructions are added, and the products are wrapped, getting ready for shipment.

Supporting Women in Work Force
