Bearded dragons get 14 hours a day, so we program our timers to come on at 7:00 AM and go off at 9:00 PM every day of the week. If you have children that are responsible for feeding their bearded dragons before going to school, you can program your timer to come on at 5:00 AM and go off at 7:00 PM on Monday through Friday; then to come on at 7:00 AM and go off at 9:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Timer features include the ability to program up to 8 On/Off cycles per day, but we only use one. The 2 outlets are controlled simultaneously for 15 amps / 1725 watts maximum. Weve found the "all reset" round button (push with a paperclip) helpful if you push the wrong buttons by accident.
