(not laser cut) They are non-adhesive, can be used multiple times & can be hand-washed. WE personally cut each stencil we list & sell. (solid colors we use are black, red, blue, orange, etc) EACH Stencil Is Brand New!! ~*~The Black Parts Are Cut Out.~*~ Full Stencil Sheet Size Is: 8 1/2" x 11".
