Few Warm Tips When Installing


  • Install the filter at the water inlet
  • Install a check valve at the water outlet (according to the direction of water flow)
  • The device needs to be higher than the water container ( recommended to be clip the device to the ontainer)
  • The distance between the device and the plants needs to be less than 2.5 meters
  • The end cap needs to be installed after the water flows through the last pipe

Cant get the device to pair??

Please check the following things

1. Change the router to 2.4 GHz.

2. Power the device with the USB cable

3. Long press for 3 seconds to reset device before paring

Having trouble connecting the plumbing?

Put the head of hose into hot water for 10s or Put a little veggie oil on the end of the hose before connecting, which helps you to easily complete the Barb Fitting connection.

Does uneven water flow?

The further away from the pump the potted plant is, the weaker the water flow will become. Please use some clamps to hold the first few branches so that the mainstream water can be delivered quickly and for a long time.

How to avoid water leakage?

Put the watering device below the water level of the reservoir to effectively avoid the siphoning phenomenon.

Keep the distance between the device and the plants less than 2.5 meters
