Cut

A diamond cut is a style or design guide used when shaping a diamond for polishing such as the brilliant cut. Cut does not refer to shape, but the symmetry, proportioning and polish of a diamond. Cut has the high influence on a diamond’s beauty and sparkle.

Color

Diamond color is determined by the absence of color. The less color present in the diamond the more color is returned.

Only the rare diamonds are completely colorless which is, D grade. Diamonds are graded for color D (colorless) to Z (visibly yellow) scale.

Clarity

Diamond clarity is a grade on a scale from Flawless to Included, which measures the amount and locations of inclusions in a diamond. An inclusion is an internal or external characteristic or flaw which occurs during the Earth’s natural process of diamond formation.

Carat

Carat denotes the weight of a diamond, not the size. Higher the carat weight the more expensive the diamonds.
