The Smart Power Control Technology designed 4X voltage transformer to pick up power from mother board PCIE slot, convert 12V/3.5A power to USB 5V/8A and allocate 5V/2A to each USB 3.0 port. Meanwhile, Smart Power Control Technology equipped with 4X fuse and 4X solid capacitor to protect connected USB 3.0 device from overload, over current, overheat.
