Headphones toubleshooting tips for reference:

  • Bluetooth Connectivity

1. To make sure that your device is in the effective range of bluetooth.

2. If it is in the range,but cant pair,,please kindly try to do factory reset ; If will not automatically connect back in the second time,please remove the pairing record "NANAMI X1" from your bluetooth list then do a factory reset.

Reset operations: In the shutdown state, press and hold the multi-function button for more than 10 seconds,initially the red and blue lights flash quickly,then the red and blue lights flash 3 times slowly, finally the lights are off to indicate successful reset.

  • Headset Charging

1. To use the included "Micro usb to usb a cable" charge the headphones for 2hours,the blue light will be on when fully charged.

2. If no light on when connected with power,please try to change another cable or plug it deeper into the charging port with strength and see if it will light up to charge.

  • Sound or Volume

1. For uneven volume,please kindly try to remove the rubber earplug from the left or right earbud and clean the inside earpiece dust filter to see if the problem will be fixed.

2. For one side no sound,please check if the connecting wire has been broken or loose connection.

  • Eartips Sizes

1. Have installed one medium size ear plug when sending out,if not fit,please choose another (Small,Big) size for comfortable wearing.
