Note:
1. Please check the flow switch carefully before installation.
2. Flow switch can be installed in horizontal pipeline or vertical pipeline with upward liquid flow direction, but not in pipeline with downward liquid flow direction. When installed in the pipeline with upward liquid flow direction, the gravity effect should be considered.
3. HFS flow switch could not be used in the pipe which liquid temperature below freeing point.
4. Arrester must be installed if quick-closing valve fixed downstream.
5. When installing wiring, please pay attention to the following matters:
(1). It is absolutely forbidden to impact the wrench on the switch base plate, which will lead to the deformation and failure of the flow switch.
(2). When wiring or debugging, cut off the power supply.
(3). When wiring, it is absolutely forbidden to adjust any screws other than micro switch terminals and grounding screws. And connecting the wire carefully, otherwise it is easy to make the micro switch itself position displacement, resulting in the failure of the flow switch;
(4). Special grounding screws must be used for wiring, and installation screws cannot be removed.
(5). The blade of the flow switch cannot contact with the inner wall of the pipe and other throttles in the pipe, otherwise the switch cannot be reset normally.
