Description
Our Suspension Boom Stand is made of steel and provides a sturdy platform to hold microphones in place for the duration of a recording session. The arm is strong enough to support 2 pounds of weight and the rugged construction means it wont transfer vibrations to the microphone, causing audio noise. The microphone arm was designed to provide users with as much flexibility as possible. The metal C-clamp is large enough to fit onto surfaces up to 1.9in thick and the pressure can be adjusted quickly and easily using the metal spindle. The clamp is padded to prevent damage to the surface its attached to, as well. The arm can extend up to 33in. At the end of the mic arm is a nut with 3/8inx16 threading and theres a 3/8in to 5/8in adapter included, so a wide range of microphone clips and shock mounts can be used.
