The voice is too small or the quality is poor?

You can’t use it as a audio amplifier, it can’t be able to amplify your original source volume and change your audio quality.

Can I use with a headset that has a microphone, receiving signal from my phone and my computer?

1.You could use it to hear the audio coming from either your computer or your phone. However, you can’t use it to send the microphone from your headset back to your computer or phone. The Product is only suitable for TRS connection.
