●HOW TO USE: Gather your hair and pull through the loop of the Pulleez ponytail holder. No need to twist the elastic around your hair. To tighten: squeeze the plunger and slide the toggle while pulling on the charms, tightening the elastic around your hair. To release: press plunger and slide toggle towards charms, releasing hair without tugging or pulling!
