What are ball joints?
Our bodies are made up of a lot of joints. These joints help us move more dynamically and flexibly, and these movements relieve the impact applied from outside. Ball joints are like the joints of a vehicle suspension system. They function as a connection between the control arms and steering knuckles to provide a smooth ride. With the insertion of a ball joint, the vehicle suspension unit can have a wide range of movements in various directions, not just in a single direction. Failing ball joints cause looseness in the suspension system, and will result in vibration, creaking noise and abnormal tire wear.
