Instruction:
1, Press the center button and pull out the tape.
2, Surround the measured body part with tape and put the end rod into the slot.
3, Press the center button and the tape will retract to a snug fit.
4, Read the measurement result.

Note: The start scale of this tape is 5cm, not 0cm. The reason is 5cm covers the length of the plastic part. It starts from 5cm in order to provide correct results.
