This ruler has everything you could want in a rectangle ruler ? and MORE! The patented Turn-A-Round feature lets you use the markings in the white dots to cut whole inches and fractional increments.

Then, turn the ruler around and use the markings in the black dots to easily cut half inch increments.

Additional white horizontal and vertical lines are printed on the rectangle so the center of the ruler is easily distinguishable. Use these lines to fussy cut stripes and borders.
