How to Use:
1. There is a long strip of thin in front of you. It doesnt look like the POM on the package. Dont worry, its easy.
2. Fold up with a towel, with the edge outward.
3. Now, carefully pull the thin strips apart one by one. Tissue is very thin, so it tears easily. But rest assured, you won’t see thin strips joining together in the finished pompons.
4. After tearing off the strip, the pompon will become slightly oval, please use your hands to gently shape a more round shape.
