STEP 1Stand on the end of the CARTWHIRLER MAT beside the line of your age and start with your arms in an "L" formation. Bend your front knee and lunge towards the mat reaching one arm at a time. |
STEP 2Lower your arms to the mat and place one hand on the 1st circle and the next hand on the 2nd circle - thats the hand, hand part! Then kick your legs straight up to the sky, one leg at a time. |
STEP 3For a split second, you will be balancing your entire body on your hands so keep your elbows and legs straight. Thats right, your head will be upside down and your legs will be in the air. |
STEP 4Land with one foot on the 3rd circle - thats the foot, foot part! Straighten your legs, stand up tall and end with your arms in the "L" formation. |
