Smart Power Control Technology is a solution to add enough power supply on USB 3.1 cards. The old version USB host controller card need to install additional power cable. The Smart Power Control Technology designed 2X voltage transformer to pick up power from mother board PCIE slot, convert 12V power to 5V and allocate 5V/3A to each USB 3.1 Port. Meanwhile, Smart Power Control Technology equipped 3X fuse and 2X solid capacitor to protect connected USB 3.1 device from overload, overcurrent or overheat. Q:I have installed this card on my PC,but when I pplug USB device in no respone from PC,how to fix it.? A:Please check if this PCIE slot is open and active first. Open means not defined its function,some brand PCs always set up the function for each PCIE slot already,if in this case please contact mother board provider let them help you set this PCIE slot. Active means this is an function PCIE slot not damaged PCIE slot.

Q:I have installed this card on my PC,Windows cannot active it ,error 10,time out to start,how to fix it ? A:Error code 10 means there is no PCIE bandwidth for this PCIE slot,suggest user change to other PCIE slot. Read MOBO user manual carefully,do not place this card in shared bandwidth PCIE slot,some PCIE slot runs in X4,X8 mormally but will give band width to related PCIE slot,if that PCIE slot is ocuppied.

Q:Why my PC seems like read it but display yellow triangle with exclamatory mark？A:This means the USB card hardware connection is not well to communicate with PCs,please remove and re-plug in this card,problem will be solved.

Q:My PC do not start up when installed card ,why ? A:This USB crad designed smart power control technology,will pick up power from PCIE slot,please just close the power saving mode on this PCIE slot.Sometimes if the PSU cannot give this card 5V/6A 30W , it will have this problem also.Then you better change to a more power PSU.

Q:For me,the PC report the Blue Screen Death/BSD, what happened ? Is it will damage my files ? A:This is because the PCIE USB card golden fingers was not connected well with MOBO PCIE slot,please just remove card and plug in well.The BSD error will not burn your files,but sometimes you may need to reset the mother baord or reinstall the system start up lead files.

Q:I have noticed that your compatible MAC OS system not include 10.11,why ? A:Yes,do not support MAC OS 10.11,because MAC Pro normally not run 10.11 so apple was not add this card on their system.Black MAC OS will have this problems also.Suggest update system to 10.12 or downgrade system to 10.10 if need the USB card works.

Q:Mine is Windows Vista or XP system,is it works ? A:For Windows Vista system actually it works,the working performance like Windows7, But the Windows XP system will just almost reach USB 3.0 speed or less than USB 3.0 speed but better than USB 2.0 speed.This is the Windows OS system limitation,not product limitation.

Q:Is this USB card works on Linux system ? A:Actually it works on main stream Linux system,but we cannot provide support for Linux system users due to Linux OS have too many version and kernel version. So we do not suggest you take this card,except you can handle driver by yourself.
