While using ´SiDiary´ to download data from your meter, please select the right meter model to make it work well.
Step 1: Unplug the USB cable from the PC or laptop, plug it again. Or try another USB port. Step 2: Check if the driver is installed correctly. Make sure that you are using the right data management software.
Step 3: Restart the computer, and plug in the USB cable.
Step 4: Try the cable on another computer.
Step 5: Contact us for technical support.
