About waterproof:

The liquid ink is Chinese traditional ink, which specially for Chinese traditional artworks such as painting and calligraphy.

Its waterproof surely, because traditional artworks used to be done WET mounting for stocking, and needs to color many times.

The premise is: The ink must be COMPLETELY dry first.

In Chinese paintings process, we usually use a hair drier.

After drying the artwork with a hair drier, its ok to wet or pomo or color again and again on the dry ink.

Try to use a hair drier please?
