Before purchase please Note:

1. Please Check Which Functions Supports By Your Laptops Built-in USB C Port Before Purchasing!!! If you are not sure, please let us know to solve it for you! For Video Display, Please ensure the Laptop has thunderbolt 3 /4 / USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 / USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 to support multiple-display.
2. As long as you use HDMI, VGA, and DP port, the built-in chip will work at full capacity by default, and the chip temperature will naturally rise at this time, which is normal. When the Docking is working, the heating temperature is acceptable within 150 °F.
3. Please connect power to charge your laptop while connecting the external devices. (Please use a PD charger with more than 65W and the usb c port of the source laptop is support PD protocol. ). The Type C PD Charging port ONLY for power delivery. When the dual hdmi adapter is used, it is normal to cause the rapid power consumption of the laptops, because the computer needs to provide a certain power to it work.
4. The USB C computer docking station cant be used with web cam because the output power is not enough.

Two Modes for Mac Os System Laptops

• Extend Mode: External three monitors screen are same but different from Laptop

Notices:

1. All MacBook only support Mirror Mode: AA,AAA,AAAA and Extend Mode : AB,ABB,ABBB. Not support A-B+C or A-B+C+D(which only support for windows laptop).
2. Single HDMI working: For DP1.4 laptops, the resolution of HDMI 1 is up to 4K@30Hz, and the HDMI 2 is up to 4K@60Hz; For DP1.2 laptops, HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 both are up to 4K @30Hz.
3. Dual HDMI display simultaneously: For laptop on DP1.4 Intel/I7 CPU/GeFore RTX, the resolution of HDMI 1 is up to 4K@30Hz, and the HDMI 2 is up to 2K@60Hz; for other laptops, HDMI 1 is up to 4K@30Hz, and HDMI 2 is only up to 1080P 60Hz.
4. HDMI resolution will be 1920x1080@60Hz when Dual or Triple display with VGA displayport.
