Is it Tangle Free cord？How long?

Yes, it is Tangle Free cord, and the cable of this 2.5mm cordless phone headset is around 62 inches / 5.2 feet / 158 cm.

I plugged it into the port on the right side of the speakerphone and tried taking, does not work. Any suggestions?

1.Answering a call on your telephone and selecting the headset button.

2.Set the switch on the headset cord to "ON" and turn up the volume on the telephone and headset.
