Made of a pressed paperboard with plain kraft surfaces that work well with paint and glitter. To make a lovely candy container ornament, cover the cone in decorative paper, and make a ruffle of crepe paper to adorn the rim. A pipe cleaner handle will allow it to be hung on a tree or doorknob.
