Meet Charming Billy Paul, approximately 13" H X 5" W X2" D, and for decorative purposes. Billy Paul is made from custom polyester fabric, and he is an original New Hope Quiltery art design. We have printed his head, upper body, and arms as a sublimation ink pattern. His red and white striped legs are made from muslin fabric. His shoes are painted with black acrylic paint. Billy Paul wears short denim pants (scrunched and sewn) with pale blue pin-striped suspenders. Billy Paul is coffee-stained and cinnamon sprinkled for a well-loved appearance. He is wearing his favorite rather sizable navy blue and white polka dot bow tie with a pearlized button. Billy Paul has crimson crochet thread for twigs atop his sweet head. He has a primitive USA tag held by a tarnished bulb guard pin on his left hand, and the New Hope Quiltery logo is on the backside of the primitive tag. Billy Paul is recommended for indoor use and is happily handcrafted in the USA.
