Description

The Cooper-Atkins 35135 AquaTuff Wrap&Stow dual-scale digital type-K thermocouple temperature sensor measures temperatures from -100 to +500 degrees F (-73 to +260 degrees C), and has an angled bell probe and reinforced cable. This sensor has an accuracy of + or - 0.5 degrees F (0.3 degrees C). Its angled bell probe provides surface contact on grills and plates and has an accuracy within +2.7 to -6.3 degrees F without thermostat recycling for draft-free, clean oiled surfaces with 2.2 lb. of pressure. The 0.5" high LCD screen displays temperature readings. The unit operates on two AAA batteries, and turns off automatically after 10 minutes of non-use to conserve battery life. The probes reinforced cable wraps around sensor unit for storage. It is Ingress Protection certified IPX7 for protection against immersion in water up to 1m. This temperature sensor is for use in industrial or food service environments.
