Machined BearingsAlmost every "high end" machine uses wheel bearings instead of bushings for several reasons. Bearings create much less drag than bushings, which creates a much silkier ride. This lack of drag is also gentler on the grass. Bearings also fit much tighter than bushings, which prevents wheel wobble and damaging axle wear. It is common with bushings that grease will escape and collect dust that causes extreme axle wear. |
GreaselessWith this conversion you will NEVER need to grease again! Our bearing inner seals are also removable for customers that want to continue using grease. |
Complete Rebuild KitThe all inclusive kit was designed by our engineering staff that includes 50+ years of industry experience. Our conversion kit provides all the required parts including thrust washers. It is easy to damage the E-Clips (snap rings) during this repair so we include 2 new E-Clips - Just in case. |
