Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Why cant glue come out when the trigger is pulled, even though the glue gun is in normal working condition?
A: The glue gun adopts a push-type glue discharge. When the glue stick is almost used up and its length is insufficient, even if there is still melted glue inside the glue gun, pulling the trigger will not push the glue out. Simply add a new glue stick to get the glue flowing normally again.
Q2: Why does a small amount of glue come out during preheating or working even without pulling the trigger?
A: After using the glue gun, a small amount of glue will flow out of the storage tube and remain in the nozzle. Therefore, when heated, the remaining glue in the nozzle will melt and flow out. This is a normal phenomenon and not a leakage. Since there is not much glue left in the nozzle, only 1-3 drops will come out slowly.
Q3: The glue gun has an automatic 10-minute power-off feature. What should I do after that?
A: For safety reasons, the glue gun has a 10-minute automatic power-off protection. To continue using it, long press the power switch for 3 seconds to turn it on again. Since the temperature has not yet cooled down, you can continue to use it without waiting for preheating. If the power-off lasts more than 1 minute, you need to wait for the preheating to complete before using it again.
