Description

KR134LA2 Digital chip of the TTL series. The chips KR134LA2A represent the logical element 8I-HE. Supply voltage: 5 ± 10% V. KR134LA2: Soldering temperature (235 ± 5) С, the distance from the body to the place of soldering is not less than 1 mm, the soldering time is not more than 2 ± 0.5 s. For microchips to be automated assembled, the soldering temperature is 265C, the soldering time is not more than 4 s. The minimum distance from the body to the bend point is 1 ± 0.5 mm. The number of permissible repacking of the terminals during assembly operations is not more than 2. The permissible value of the static potential is 100 V. For random noise signals exceeding the amplitude specified in the specification, and for cases of short-term disturbances in the stabilization of supply voltages, a short-term (not more than 5 ms) supply voltage of 7 V is allowed. The supply voltage to the output of the microcircuit is allowed only from the source of the supply voltage of the given chip through an equivalent resistance, providing output currents no more than specified in the specification. Unused inputs of one cell of a multi-emitter transistor are recommended to be combined with one of the inputs used or connected to a power supply through a resistor with a resistance of 1 kΩ ± 10%, with up to 20 free inputs can be connected to one resistor. It should be taken into account that when unused inputs are combined with one of the used, the high-level load capability is determined by the number of connected inputs. Unused inputs can also be connected to the outputs of unused valves, with the outputs of the latter being connected to a low level or grounded. In order to avoid malfunctions in the operation of microchips, it is necessary to ensure the duration of the input signal fronts no more than 200 ns.
