Description
25X30FT POND LINER FOR OUTDOOR PONDS.
Reinforced Thermoplastic PE Material.
- Flexible & Softer: HDPE & LLDPE in the market are both hard and stiff materials, not easy to work with. Thermoplastic reinforced PE is relatively flexible and softer, easy to mold and conform to our pond shapes.
- Aging Resistance: The reinforced PE liner consists of three layers, woven HDPE in the middle and reinforced PE on two sides. With UV treated and wont fade or flake with age. Could be used around ten years if not exposing in the sun.
- High Tearing and puncture Performance: Benefit from its three layers construction and 28mil thickness. The reinforced PE is durable enough to withstand potential damage to the pond liner.Time will tell how reliable the pond liner is.

How to get a suitable liner size for your pond? Below is the basic formula.
Pond Liner Length=(Pond Length) + (2 x Pond Depth) + (2)
Pond Liner Width=(Pond Width) + (2 x Pond Depth) + (2)
For Example: A finished pond that is 10 long, 8 wide, and 5 deep;
Liner Length=(10) + (2 x 5) + (2) = 22
Liner Width= (8) + (2 x 5) + (2) = 20
- Open the box, unfold and spread out the liner. A few hours in the sun will make the product softer and easier to shape
- Mark out the pond outline, the shape and size depend on your idea and terrain.
- Excavate the pond, make side bank slopping inwards. Dig out deep areas and shallow areas. Remove shape objects and level the bottom.
- Put enough underlay to protect the liner contacting sharp objects. The underlay could be sand, discarded cloth or non-woven underlayment.
- Lay the pond liner carefully. Please dont drag it to avoid any scratching may occur. Prepare enough smooth rocks for anchoring in advance.
- Anchor smooth rocks and fill in water GRADUALLY. The liner will stretch first, then move inwards to the shape of slope sides as water volume increase.
- When the liner is molded into the pond, you could anchor enough rocks and fill water. Put KOI/Fish in pond, add some lotus leaf for decoration.

- Hemmed Edges: The pond liner edges were hemmed. After anchoring some rocks to fix the pond liner, hemmed edges will look neat and nice. Meanwhile, will be more durable when for outdoor use purpose.
- Enhanced Surface: Consists of three layers-woven HDPE in the middle and reinforced PE on both two sides. This structure makes the waterproof performance of the pond liner greatly improved.
- Tear Resistance: Benefit from its three layers construction and 28mil thickness. The reinforced PE is strong enough to withstand potential damage to the pond liner.
- Buttonholes Design: Four corners with buttonholes, makes it quite easy to fix on ground. The buttonholes make the liner could be outdoor furniture cover and roof seepage, widely used applications.
