Fast CuttingOur wheel can spin at a maximum speed up to 25,000 revolutions per minute. The cut off wheel must have a maximum operating speed greater than or equal to the maximum speed of the power tool used. Always wear safety goggles, a full face mask, and use only with a safety guard. |
Greater Tensile StrengthSharks type 1 aluminum oxide cut off wheels are reinforced with fiberglass. Fast cutting abrasive cut off wheels can be used in a variety of applications, including steel cutting. The fiberglass reinforcement provides greater tensile strength, as well as increased safety. Comply with ANSI B7.1 regulations. |
Increased SafetyOur wheels have a flat center and must be run on a die grinder cut off wheel air tool designed specifically for the size of the wheel used. For safety, cut off wheels must be used with ANSI-approved flanges for type 1 cut off wheels and must always be used with a wheel guard that is compatible with the size of the wheel. |
