Common Problems During Use
1. The door not work after installation :
Please check if the battery is out of power, you can use the charging cable in our package tocharge manually.
2. The door wont close or open:
Please check whether the roller door is stuck, if stuck, apply lubricating oil on both sides, or cleanobstacles.
3. The doors open automatically at night:
Please make sure the solar panel is located in a place that isdark enough.
4. Doors dont open automatically during the day:
Please check if the solar panel is blocked by other objectsAnd the light sensor mode needs to beused on sunny day. Check whether the light sensing/timing mode is set successfully.
5 Timing mode not take effects:
Please follow the maunal instructions to reset and make sure the settings are correct.
6.Why is it that every time the door closes, it opens halfway again and then stops runningfor a few seconds before closing again?
When the coop door is in bounce mode, the door will stop for 3 seconds when the bounce ishalfway open. This is to prevent the door from clipping the chicken and then continue to close thedoor.
7.Why is the door of the chicken coop set to bounce mode and not opened again after thesecond closing?
When the door is automatically closed for the second time, if there arechickens under the door.the coop doorwill automatically stop falling at thecontact position and enter the standby state.need close the coop door manually.
